We’ll be supporting you along the way with an array of meditations, tips, inspiration, and resources. Our free offerings throughout the month include:
• A new Dharma Talk video each week from our Meditation Month teacher Scott Tusa. This year’s theme is Opening Your Heart: The Four Boundless States as a Pathway to Meaningful Transformation.
• A live Zoom webinar on January 22 at 3pm ET with Scott to ask any questions you have about your practice
• A Facebook discussion group where you can share your experience and connect with practitioners from all over the world
• A daily email newsletter with practice prompts to encourage you throughout the month
• Our evergreen meditation section of Buddhism for Beginners
Within the Buddhist tradition, the four boundless states—love, compassion, joyfulness, and equanimity—offer a meaningful framework for grappling with struggles many of us face regularly: emotional wounds, ingrained patterns of constriction, and trouble engaging with openness and curiosity. Scott Tusa will help you explore how each of these states, with its inherent quality of boundlessness, can open new and meaningful pathways for transformation.
Meditation Month is a free offering. Consider deepening your experience with a four-week free trial subscription to Tricycle and gain access to a steady stream of supporting articles on the topic all month-long.
